Celonis is looking to hire an experienced Director to lead a People & Culture (P&C) shared services function, working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll and IT to deliver an outstanding employee experience. As a leader of P&C Shared Services, you will bring thought leadership and innovation to the delivery of HR services throughout the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate has experience building HR or GBS shared services offerings, team management, service lifecycle development and project leadership.

The work you’ll do:
- Lead a P&C Shared services team and play an integral role in shaping our core HR practices within Celonis. Partner with VP HR Operations and Head of Systems and Process to enable the vision, strategy, development, and execution of organizational effectiveness from a HR services delivery perspective
- Rapidly scale and optimize our P&C operations to support a growing team and evolving business goals.
- Serve as a chief of staff to VP, P&C Operations, build and manage a PMO for team to ensure alignment of work activities
- Define and implement a service lifecycle approach to include intake process, change requests, service level agreements and roadmap integration
- Develop strategy and materials for strategic and operational performance reviews
- Build and maintain an approach to ensure accurate process documentation, flows and knowledge base materials
- Develop, recommend, and administer policies, procedures, and processes in support of business operations; implement and monitor compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and lead efforts for implementation
- Ability to identify change management needs and downstream impacts; develop an appropriate communication plan for each area/stakeholder
- Support the implementation of new HR systems/tools, including ServiceNow
The qualifications you need:
- 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR shared services or GBS model, including 5+ years of management/leadership
- Experience in diagnosing process inefficiencies and compliance gaps, then building solutions and adeptly rolling out new programs and processes with successful adoption.
- Ability to balance the need to create structure, while remaining flexible to adjust as needs change.
- Are a savvy problem solver, with a scrappy, “find a way to get it done” mentality and strong attention to detail.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and technology solutions to drive operational efficiency
- Ability to influence, engage, and partner closely at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative work style with a focus on providing exceptional service to all clients
- Experience with compliance, audit/validation of data sets from disparate systems, reporting and analysis
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
- Experience in a high growth environment preferred
