Job Description

Get onboard the Vivenu rocket ship to revolutionize one of the most exciting industries and enable global and limitless ticketing.

We're looking for an inspiring, sharp, and tech-enthusiastic Head of Partnerships to build and direct our product partnerships strategy to increase Vivenu´s value proposition. The position will be reporting directly to the CEO and play a large role in the development of our product offering landscape. You will join an experienced, hard-working, and passionate team that is determined to make data-driven, API-first ticketing the new industry standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase our value proposition by expanding the Vivenu Platform with powerful partner products and services
  • Build our overall Partnership Strategy and Roadmap by scope and geo
  • Define criteria, prioritization and implementation processes
  • Plan and steer the execution of new partnerships (incl. case descriptions and data flows)
  • Negotiate economic and technical parameters with potential partners
  • Establish long-term relationships with external partners and software development agencies
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments in the company (Tech, Product, Sales, Customer Experience and Operations)

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a tech-startup or product-centered company
  • Appetite to dig deep into the ticketing industry, to understand our customers´ most pressing issues and how to solve them
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive to understand how to prioritize potential partnerships
  • Strong technical skills to define partnership implementations
  • Hands-on mentality, stress resistance, as well as creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills
  • Comfort in commercial and legal negotiations and considerations
  • You are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
