We're Hiring - Head Of People México

As Head of People Mexico you will be the heart of your team, being responsible for all the processes and activities associated with the "journey" of those who are part of DEUNA. You must devise the experience of those who are, were or will be part of the company, from the awareness of DEUNA as a workplace, through the processes of attraction, selection, onboarding, engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion, compensation, management of performance and offboarding.
 
 

This role is for you IF:

• You have more than 7 years of experience leading Human Resources teams in Startups.
• You have in-depth knowledge of talent attraction, performance management, compensation, and diversity and inclusion processes.
• You have an advanced level of English.
• Coaching experience.
