Who is Nautical?

Our mission is to democratize the marketplace business model. Nautical is a turnkey, no-code platform that enables anyone to launch a marketplace in minutes, not millions.

We don’t believe you need to be a software company to launch a marketplace. With Nautical, multi-vendor marketplaces no longer have to piece together their platforms with a combination of apps and custom software.

We don’t believe you should settle for software designed for direct-to-consumer brands. We built Nautical specifically to manage both the supply and demand challenges of running a multi-vendor business.

What is the role?

As our first PMM you will work directly with our founders and our head of product to design and lead our marketing strategy, marketing assets, product communications and industry partnerships. This is an opportunity to build the marketing positioning of Nautical from the ground floor.

What will I be doing?

  • Establish key cross-functional relationship with Sales, Product and engineering
  • Gain a deep understanding of our short-term and long-term business growth goals
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute on a marketing strategy
  • Manage company website and landing pages content and our development partners
  • Conceptualize performance marketing campaigns to build target customer profiles and generate qualified leads
  • Expand our digital marketing strategy by maximizing leads through email marketing, SEO, paid social and search
  • Work with the sales team to prioritize and create sales assets and key talking points
  • Manage the roadmap of content, content writers and create select content pieces


What qualifications do I need?

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing
  • SaaS or software experience (startup experience preferred)
  • Experience with Hubspot marketing automation and CRM (preferred)
  • Clear, concise communicator with excellent writing skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
