You will report directly to the Director of Sales and be the first sales operations manager for a hyper growth sales organization. You’ll help support our growing team by working cross functionally with growth engineering, finance and outside vendors on initiatives that help increase productivity and efficiency across all sales segments (SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise). You’ll be responsible for optimizing our CRM and sales resources, and help to coordinate training between sales leads and account executives during onboarding, new launches or system changes. Most importantly, you’ll be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales data to improve forecasts, provide valuable insights and performance recommendations to key stakeholders.

 

What you'll do:

  • Own lead generation through various vendors.
  • Help to optimize Hubspot CRM for a growing sales organization.
  • Work with finance on all Account Executive quarterly compensation.
  • Define territories for SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Train sales in any new changes or enablement tools.
  • Manage internal resource center for the sales organization.
  • Optimize sales strategy and processes.
  • Conduct performance reviews of the sales team.
  • Improve forecasting model for all sales segments (SMB, MM, Enterprise).
  • Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management.
  • Report directly to the Director of Sales and be the first sales operations manager for a hyper growth sales organization.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Expert knowledge of Hubspot CRM, workflows, reports, and integrations.
  • 4+ years in a sales operations role supporting 40-60 AE’s.
  • 2+ years in a sales role preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform advanced computing functions.
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve and work well in groups.
  • Strong communication skills.

 

Bonus points for:

  • Experience proficient working with SQL.
