After our recent $34M Series A by Tiger Global, we are looking for you to lead Hive's fulfillment function and scale our operations across Europe:
 

• Drive one of Hive's core operational service lines with P&L ownership
• Build and lead a stellar team of >150 people, from central process teams to associates on the floor
• Manage >4 fulfillment sites across Germany, France and Italy
• Design innovative fulfillment processes for D2C merchants including complexities from customized packaging to kitting

Your profile

We know that you can't always tick every box. We'd still love to hear from you if you think you'd be a good fit! 
 

• You have spent 5+ years in operations at high-performing organizations. Additional experience in consulting / banking / hyper-growth start-ups is a strong plus
• You bring a good understanding of fulfillment processes and metrics
• You approach problems in an analytical and structured way and are able to prioritise accordingly in an ambiguous environment
• You enjoy stakeholder management and can jump between daily shop floor management to leading a Gen-Z office team
• You speak English fluently (German not required)
