David grew up in the sunny suburbs of Southern California, where everything was a different shade of beige. He went to school in Philly, to see the seasons change and get some history, and found his way to the tech world after college, starting his investing career at TA Associates.
After an MBA at Stanford, David joined Warburg Pincus to invest in growth tech companies. He then helped lead public and private tech investing for Access Industries, a large global industrial group in NY. David joined Activant to focus again on growth tech investing and to help build a long-lasting investment firm.
