“Growing up as an immigrant, I wanted to chart my own American dream, help pave the path for future immigrants and work in a field where I could have significant impact in shaping the world. To take risks. To grow. To build.”
Shawn began his journey when his family moved to Kansas at age 14. After the initial period of adapting and surviving in a brand-new world, he is now an investor and a former operator with 12+ years of experience. Today, Shawn supports entrepreneurs, helping to grow early-stage startups to category-defining businesses by drawing from his struggles that he overcame as an immigrant, his investing experience and his time walking the entrepreneur’s journey.
